How much will my lodge cost?

Our lodges are made for you, you can choose from our standard lodges or bespoke lodges. Here you can choose your interiors, white goods and furniture. We can show you options along the way, but ultimately it is your choice. We cater to your requirements. Our prices start from just £349,995 and only limited by your imagination and your specification.

How often am I able to stay in my lodge?

365 days a year, so you can use it as a home, away from home. Come and go as you like.

Can I rent my lodge out when I’m not using it?

If you would like to let your holiday lodge you may do so through Frensham Country Park and our partners Hoseasons. Remember that in order to be a holiday let, your lodge must be available for let for a minimum of 210 days a year. Other than that, you can come stay as much or as little as you like all year around.

How much return on investment am I expected to get?

On all our new lodges we guarantee buyers a 8% return on investment for the first two years. That means that if you purchase your lodge for £349,995 you will expect a return of £27,999.60 for the first two years guaranteed.

What security is there on the park?

Your safety is our priority, just to give you the peace of mind we have an on site warden, CCTV in operation and secure electric gates.

What are the parks opening times?

How long is the license for?

Our license lasts a lifetime as our lodge licences are issued for 125 years. So, we’re not going anywhere!

Will there be a leasehold or freehold on my lodge?

The beauty of owning your own holiday lodge, is that you own your lodge outright. All you need to do is pay a site fee for the licensed period, and the rest is up to you.

Will there be any maintenance/groundskeepers on site?

Our park has maintenance and groundskeepers on park all year long to maintain all communal areas to the highest of standard. They are there with you in mind, so don’t be afraid to call them over.

Are there any additional site fees?

Once you have purchased your holiday lodge, the only extra fees you will be charged for are utility bills, simple.

Are children and pets allowed?

Of course! This holiday park is child-friendly, bring your family and friends and their kids and grandkids. We would like all members of the family to enjoy their stay at Frensham Country Park. If you have pets, ensure they are kept on a lead and that you pick up after them. We would like our park to be pleasant for people and animals.

What facilities are available on site?

Our holiday park sits within 100 acres of natural grazing lands and woodlands, where getting away from it all is our priority. Is there adequate parking on site?

Yes there is! We have ensured that there is parking for lodge owners and their guests all over the park. No extra fees or permits necessary.
